GROUND FLOOR STONE VILLA
A new ground floor stone house of 257 sq.m. with a swimming pool is built on the hill above Kassiopi Corfu. The residence has underground parking, wooden pergolas outside and excellent views.

A single-storey house of 150 sq.m. was built on the North-East side of Corfu. and a swimming pool of 32 sq.m. The residence also has a comfortable pergola that enables the tenant to enjoy his food with a view of the pool and the surrounding area.

An old stone building located in the Sinies area of North Corfu, was renovated with the needs of the owners and the requirements of the building in mind and turned into a welcoming guest house. Construction of the surrounding area was carried out on the plot, which included the construction of a swimming pool.

A single storey house of 145 sq.m. is being built in the Lakones area of Paleokastritsa. The residence has a large surrounding area and a swimming pool of 175 sq.m. The view from the plot to the beach of Paleokastritsa is truly amazing!

HOTEL RENOVATION
A 338m2 neo classical building in Corfu Town, thoughtfully restored in 2020. Original features such as windows, floors and stonework have been carefully preserved so as to maintain the history of the building, in accordance with the strict guidelines of the archaeological department. It is one of very few buildings of its kind in Corfu Town and is currently operating as a boutique hotel.
